Before you write in

Most problems are covered in the user guide — the troubleshooting table near the bottom handles the common ones.

These details make it much faster to fix:

What you were doing — batch generation, or upscaling.
What you expected, and what happened instead.
Your browser and Reelforge version (shown next to the name in the panel).
A copy of the log — open Activity in the panel, or press Copy log in the upscaler.
A screenshot, if it's a layout or display issue.

Nothing about your account is ever needed to diagnose a problem, and Reelforge never asks for it. See the privacy policy.

Reelforge only works on labs.google Flow pages.
It uses your own Google account and quota — it can't unlock capacity or resolutions your plan doesn't include.
Google changes the Flow interface from time to time. Button locations are loaded from the web so most breakages fix themselves without an update.
Don't run a batch and an upscale simultaneously — they conflict over download naming.
