Reelforge

User Guide

Everything you need to run your first batch, and what to do when something stalls.

Before you start

Running a batch

  1. Open your Flow project, then open the Reelforge side panel.
  2. Pick a mode — Generate Video, Animate Image, Compose Video, Generate Image, Remix Image or Auto Pilot.
  3. Set aspect ratio, model, and how many outputs you want per prompt.
  4. Add your prompts — type them with a blank line between each, or import a .txt, .xlsx or .csv.
  5. Choose a download folder and press start.

Leave the Flow tab open and visible while it runs. Reelforge is clicking the real page, so covering or minimising it can interrupt a run.

Parallel Jobs and Throttle Window

SettingWhat it does
Parallel JobsHow many prompts are in flight at once. Start at 1 — it's the most reliable, and Flow limits how much it will do at once anyway.
Throttle WindowA random pause before starting the next prompt, between the two numbers you set. A little spacing makes long runs steadier.

Upscaling a whole project

  1. Open the finished project so its tiles are visible.
  2. Choose Upscale All at the bottom of the mode list.
  3. Pick Videos → 1080p or Images → 2K.
  4. Set a folder and press start.

It scans the whole project, lists every tile as a task, and works through them. Each file is named from that tile's own prompt, so the output is easy to match back up.

Keep "At a time" set to 1 for correct filenames.

Higher values are faster, but Flow finishes upscales out of order, which can save a file under the wrong name. Only raise it if a few mismatched names are acceptable.

Filenames

Files are saved as 001_your-prompt-text_a.mp4 — a running number, a short slug of the prompt, and a letter when a prompt produces several outputs. You can turn the renaming off in settings if you'd rather keep Google's original names.

When something goes wrong

What you seeWhat to do
Nothing happens when you press startCheck you're on a Flow project page and reload that tab, then try again.
"Extension is debugging this browser" bannerExpected. Reelforge needs that to send real clicks. It clears when the run ends.
Tiles get skippedUsually a notification covering them. Reelforge retries skipped tiles once at the end of a run.
Buttons aren't being foundGoogle changed the Flow layout. Reelforge pulls its button locations from the web, so this normally fixes itself — try again shortly, or report it.
Downloads land in the wrong folderCheck your browser's download settings aren't set to ask for a location each time.
